§ 8.30 <br /> <br /> Ord. 89-21 repealed and replaced §8.30.04 <br />Subd. 6, Subd. 7, and Subd. 8, pertaining to <br /> <br />Dosing, Final Treatment and Disposal, and <br />Urban Service Area AJternstives. <br /> <br />Mobile homes. <br /> <br /> 8.40.01 <br /> Subdi~on L A '~VIobile home" is a manufactured home that does not <br />meet the requirements of a manufactured home and the requirements for erection <br />o£ a manufactured home as described by Chapter 9 of the City Code, which sect/on <br />was adopted by City ofP~mney OrdLn~uce #82-12. <br /> <br /> Subc~ 2~ A '2Ylobile home park" shall be any pren~ses which has <br />facilities to accommodate one or more occupied mobile homes. <br /> <br /> Sn]~cL 3~ 'TJnit" means a section of gro~md in a mobile home park o£ <br />not less than 43,560 square feet o£ unoccupied space in an area designated' as the <br />location for one mobile home, off-street park/ng space for two automobiles, and <br />other uses considered pertinent to the establishment and use of a mobile home <br />residence as permitted by this chapter. It shall be unlawfu/ within the t~mits of the City of <br />lq~msey for any person to park any mobile home on any street, alley or highway, or <br />other public place, or on any tract of land owned by any person, occupied or <br />unoccupied, vzithin the City of 1q~msey, except as provided in this section. <br /> <br /> SubcLl Emergency or temporary stopping or parking is permitted <br />on any street, mltey .or highway for not longer than three hours subject to any other <br />and further prohibitions, regulations or limitations imposed by the traffic and <br />park-{ng regulations or codes for street, alley or highway. <br /> <br /> SubcL~ No person shall park or occupy any mobile home on the <br />premises of any occupied dwelling or any lot which is not a part of the premises of <br />any occupied dwelling, either of which is situated outside of an approved mobile <br />home park; except, the parking of only one travel tr~{ler of less than 500 square feat <br />in floor area is pernMtte~, providing no living quarters shall be maintained or any <br />businesses practiced in said travel trailer while such travel trailer is so parked or <br />stored. <br /> <br /> Subcl. 4.
