The state, territory or country issuing such licenses; e. The date of arrival and of departure of each mobile home. Subc~ 2. The park shall keep the register available for inspection at ~]1 t~mes by law enforcement officers, public health officials and other officials whose duties necessitate acquisition of the ~nformation contained in the register. The register record £or each occupant registered shall not be destroyed for a period of three years following the date of departure of the registrant from the park. 8.40,08 Supervision. The owner or operator or a duly authorized attendant or caretaker shall be in charge at ail times to keep the mobile home park, its fac/lities and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. The attendant or caretaker shall be answerable with the owner or operator for the Violation of any provision of this chapter to which the owner or operator is subject. 8.40.09 P~evocatlon of permit. The city council shall have the power to revoke any mobile home park special use permit of any person who fails to conform to the requirements of this chapter or shy other applicable ordinance, state law or M~nnesota Department of Health regulations. As a prerequisite to revocation, the city council shall hold a public hearing at wi:rich said person may be heard. Said person shall be given ten days written notice specifying the time and place of said hearing and a Listing of alleged violations. $.40.10 Variances. Variances from the strict enforcement of this chapter ma5' be granted in accordance with the procedures and requirements of the variance section of the zoning chapter of this code, which is specifically §9.03.7. O~-d. 72-13 .amends to §8.40.01 entitled "Definitions" changing the definition of a mobile home to "a manufactured home that does not meet the requirements of a manufactured home and the requirements for the erection of a manufacturedd home as described by §9.11.05 of the City Code, which The definition formerly was "a dwelling capable of being transported by the provision of wheels or on a flat bed truck and contains 500 sq. feet or more of li~dng' space w~th utility installations, wiring, and plumbing in conformance with local codes."
