The n~me and address of the owner of each mobile home; <br /> <br />The make, model, year and License n,:mber of each mobile home <br />and motor vehicle; <br /> <br />d. The state, territory or country issuing such licenses; <br /> <br />e. The date of arrival and of departure of each mobile home. <br /> <br /> Subc~ 2. The park shall keep the register available for inspection at <br />~]1 t~mes by law enforcement officers, public health officials and other officials <br />whose duties necessitate acquisition of the ~nformation contained in the register. <br />The register record £or each occupant registered shall not be destroyed for a period <br />of three years following the date of departure of the registrant from the park. <br /> <br />8.40,08 Supervision. The owner or operator or a duly authorized attendant or <br />caretaker shall be in charge at ail times to keep the mobile home park, its fac/lities <br />and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. The attendant or <br />caretaker shall be answerable with the owner or operator for the Violation of any <br />provision of this chapter to which the owner or operator is subject. <br /> <br />8.40.09 P~evocatlon of permit. The city council shall have the power to revoke <br />any mobile home park special use permit of any person who fails to conform to the <br />requirements of this chapter or shy other applicable ordinance, state law or <br />M~nnesota Department of Health regulations. As a prerequisite to revocation, the <br />city council shall hold a public hearing at wi:rich said person may be heard. Said <br />person shall be given ten days written notice specifying the time and place of said <br />hearing and a Listing of alleged violations. <br /> <br />$.40.10 Variances.
