§ 8.40. <br /> <br />Mobile homes <br /> <br /> Subd. 7. Each unit shall abut on and have access to a street. This <br /> street shall be constructed of a minimum of 1.$ inches of bituminous surface <br /> material on a suitable base of at least 4 inches thickness. <br /> <br /> SubcL 8. An integral concrete curb and sidewalk shall be constructed <br /> on each side of the street and the face of this curb shall be at least 16 feet from the <br /> center]iue of ss~d street. The sidew~l]~ shall be not less than 38 ~uches vcide. The <br /> curb design shall be of a type approved by the city enA~neer. <br /> <br /> ~9. There shall be an unused area of not less than 35 feet ~n <br /> depth alon~ each public street or ~vay and 50 feet in depth along each trunk or <br /> co,tory highway, and ~.h~ area shall be sodded and planted. <br /> <br /> Subd. 10. Every mobile home site shall provide for a rn~ui~um setback <br /> of at ]east 25 feet on all sides except where abutting upon a public street, way or <br /> residential area. <br /> <br /> Su]m~. 11. V~here a mobile home park site abuts upon a residential <br /> area, there shall be a setback of at least 30 feet and this area shall be landscaped. <br /> <br /> SubcL L?~ The parking of more than one mobile home on any single <br />~m~t shall not be permitted. <br /> <br /> Subd. lS. Underground water facilities, under,round sewage <br />disposal, and street lighting shall be ~ustalled ~n d maintained by the ov¢ner of the <br />mobile park site and shall be constructed in z'~cordance vcith the laves of the State of <br />1Vfinnesota, the recommendat{ons of the State Health Department and the <br />ordinances and requirements of the City of l%an~sey. <br /> <br /> Sub{L 14. Fire hydrants shall be placed throughout the area in such a <br />~vay as to satisfy the district/Sre marshal that adequate f~re protection is ach/eyed. <br />1~o ~n~t shall be more than 300 feet from a tire hydrant. <br /> <br /> SubcL 15. An cftC-street paring area of at least 440 square feet shall be <br />provided for each u_n~t. Each planned mobile home <br />residen%ia! development shall contain one or more enclosed facility building vcith <br />space devoted to offices, storm shelter (basement), laundry, sanitary and <br />recreational facilities. The building sh~]] be so designed so as to provide at least 12 <br />square feet of space per mobile home lot, but in no case shall the building be less <br />than 2,~00 square feet. <br /> <br />8.40.07 Register of oecut~nts <br /> <br /> Subdivision I. It shall be the duty of each licensee and permittee to <br />keep a register containing a record of all mobile home owners and occupants <br />located ~dthin the park, The register shall contain the following information: <br /> <br /> a.
