Ali mobile homes occupied or stored in the mobi]e home <br /> park shall be registered with the Motor Vehicle Division, State of Minnesota and <br /> shall display license plates for the current year. <br /> <br /> SubcL 6. The mobile home park shall be so arranged that all mobile <br /> home lots and accessory buildings shall face mn interior roadway. <br /> <br /> Subd. 7. All mobile home parks must be serviced by a municipal <br /> sewage disposal system. No permits will be issued until municipal sewage service <br /> is available. ' <br /> b--h~BmL ~. There shm]] be no exterior radio or television antennas <br /> except for a community-type antenna for the use of all park residents. <br /> <br /> Sktbd. 9. Overflow parking (other than on-lot parking) shall be <br />provided fihroughout the mobile home park, a ra~rfim,,m of one space for each three <br />mobile home lots. <br /> <br /> SkxbcL 10. There shall be no retail sales of mobile homes or accesso~es <br />thereto in the Hmlts of the mobile home park. <br /> <br /> Sub& 11. The mobile home bottom shall be enclosed with a <br />commercially produced fireproof material of the same color, material and <br />configuration as the mobile home itself. The enclosure shall cover from the frame <br />or bottom of the chassis of the mobile home to the concrete pad or ground. <br /> <br /> Su]~L 12. No building or structure shall be added to a mobile home <br />except mn unenclosed or unheated porch or a car port. The total square footage of <br />all additional structures shall not exceed 150 square feet and no structure shall <br />extend from the mobile home more than 8 feet. <br /> <br /> 8.40.05 Site require~.m~ <br /> <br /> Subdivision L Every mobile home park shall be located on a well- <br /> drained area and the premises shall be properly graded so as to prevent the <br /> acc~mulation of storm or other waters. <br /> <br /> Sub~L2~ Each unit shall have a gross area of not less than 43,560 <br />square feet. <br /> <br /> Su~l. 3. Front setback of mobile homes shall be no less than 20 feet <br />from the curb and no less than 5 feet from the sidewalls. <br /> <br /> SuBcL4~ A patio shall be constructed on the ground beside each <br />mobile home parking space. This patio shah be not less than 200 square feet in <br />area constructed of concrete with 4" m~n]m~m thic -taness or approved equal. <br /> <br /> SuBcL 5. At ]east one deep-rooted shade tree (m]nim~m diameter 2 <br />inches at time of planting) shah be placed and maintained on each unity. <br /> <br /> SuBcL6.
