Ali mobile homes occupied or stored in the mobi]e home park shall be registered with the Motor Vehicle Division, State of Minnesota and shall display license plates for the current year. SubcL 6. The mobile home park shall be so arranged that all mobile home lots and accessory buildings shall face mn interior roadway. Subd. 7. All mobile home parks must be serviced by a municipal sewage disposal system. No permits will be issued until municipal sewage service is available. ' b--h~BmL ~. There shm]] be no exterior radio or television antennas except for a community-type antenna for the use of all park residents. Sktbd. 9. Overflow parking (other than on-lot parking) shall be provided fihroughout the mobile home park, a ra~rfim,,m of one space for each three mobile home lots. SkxbcL 10. There shall be no retail sales of mobile homes or accesso~es thereto in the Hmlts of the mobile home park. Sub& 11. The mobile home bottom shall be enclosed with a commercially produced fireproof material of the same color, material and configuration as the mobile home itself. The enclosure shall cover from the frame or bottom of the chassis of the mobile home to the concrete pad or ground. Su]~L 12. No building or structure shall be added to a mobile home except mn unenclosed or unheated porch or a car port. The total square footage of all additional structures shall not exceed 150 square feet and no structure shall extend from the mobile home more than 8 feet. 8.40.05 Site require~.m~ Subdivision L Every mobile home park shall be located on a well- drained area and the premises shall be properly graded so as to prevent the acc~mulation of storm or other waters. Sub~L2~ Each unit shall have a gross area of not less than 43,560 square feet. Su~l. 3. Front setback of mobile homes shall be no less than 20 feet from the curb and no less than 5 feet from the sidewalls. SuBcL4~ A patio shall be constructed on the ground beside each mobile home parking space. This patio shah be not less than 200 square feet in area constructed of concrete with 4" m~n]m~m thic -taness or approved equal. SuBcL 5. At ]east one deep-rooted shade tree (m]nim~m diameter 2 inches at time of planting) shah be placed and maintained on each unity. SuBcL6.
