§ 8.40. <br /> <br />Mobile homes <br /> <br />d. Location and number of sanitary conveniences; <br />e. Proposed disposition of surface drainage; <br />f. Location of utility lines. <br /> <br /> Subct.~l. Each application for a special use permit shall be <br />accompanied by a list of the names and addresses of all persons owning property <br />within SO0 feet of any boundary line of the proposed mobile home park site. <br /> <br /> ~bcL 4. Each applicant sh~11 be required to pay a fee of $500.00 at the <br />time that such application is fi]ed with the City of Ramseyo This money shall be <br />used for the city to defray the expense of processing said application. <br /> <br /> Sh~bcL ~ No special permit for nny mobile home park shm]] be issued <br />by the City Council of the City of R~m~ey until after a public hearing has been held <br />on the matter by said city council. This hearing shall be advertised in the official <br />newspaper of the city at least once ten days, ~nd not more than 20 days prior to the <br />public hearing. The city council shall mai] a notice of said hearing to each of the <br />proper~y owners shown on the certificate of ownership at their last 'known address <br />so that they miKht appear and be heard. <br /> <br />$.40.04 B~ld~nK permit for mobile home park. <br /> <br /> Subctiv~on 1. The applfcant for a buitd~ng permit for the construction <br />of a mobile home park or any part thereof shall comply with ail of the provisions of <br />the city builM~ng, code as such provisions may apply. <br /> <br /> SutxtP. Each application shall be accompanied by four copies of <br />detailed plans of the proposed constructions and improvement of the site. <br /> <br /> Sub<L 2~ A m~nimum of 15/% of the total mobile home park area shall <br />be devoted to park and recreation and shall be furnished with play~round type <br />equipment. Said park and recreation area shall either abut a street within the <br />mobile park site or shall be accessible to the remainder' of the park by public <br />walkways.
