The City Council has established a park trail development <br /> fee at a rate of $100.00 per unit or $5,100.00 for Regency Pond 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />The Rarnsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 14, 1997, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, to consider your request for final plat approval of Regency Pond 3rd <br />Addition. A copy of the proposed development agreement is enclosed for your information. I <br />suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions that <br />may arise.
