There were no verbal or written comments submitted at the hearing. A copy of the <br />ordinance is enclosed for your information. <br /> <br />The ordinance is eligible for adoption at this time. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission and City Staff recommend adoption of the ordinance. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance #97-/,~ to amend Chapter 9 of the City Code to allow for the <br />construction of ponds under certain conditions. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />CC: 10/28/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
