I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I BID PROPOSAL FOR CURBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM CITY OF RAMSEY To (hereinafter called the "CITY"): THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA PROJECT: CLrRBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM PROPOSAL OF: a "BIDDER"), organized and existing under the laws of the State of doing business as (hereinafter called the Insert "a corporation", "a partnership", or "an Individual" as applicable. In compliance with the advertisement for BIDS, the BIDDER hereby proposes to perform all work required by the project in strict accordance with the CONTRACT DOCIYMENTS with the time set forth therein and at the prices stated. By submission of this BID, each BIDDER certifies, and in the case of a joint BID, each party thereto certifies as to their own organization, that this BID has been arrived at independently, without consultation, communication, or agreement as to any matter relating to this BID with any other BIDDER or with any competitor. The BIDDER hereby agrees to commence work under the CONTRACT on or before a date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and to fully complete the project within the scheduled time stated in the CONTRACT. The BIDDER further agrees to pay all liquidated damages. 4.
