The City
assesses one-half of the total project to the benefited property owner.

Citizen Input

Entered for the record is a letter from Louis and JoLeen Wilhelmi stating they have one property
and are being charged for two sealcoatings.

Mr. Jankowski explained that it's been the policy to assess equal shares for every lot with access
onto a street. They are provided access to two lots and this is consistent with past policy.

Zoning Administrator Frolik added that as part of the variance for the Wilhelmi's daughter
getting to build on their property, they agreed they would participate in any road maintenance
costs or assessments.

Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close the
public hearing.

Motion carried.
