CITY OF RAMSEY POSITION ANALYSIS <br />Position Title: Public Safety Aide <br />Department: Police <br /> <br />Position Title of Immediate Supervisor: Police Chief <br /> <br />PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: <br />Provide a variety of support services to the police and fire departments, and other departments as <br />time permits. <br /> <br />RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> <br />Ao <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Assist with management of recovered property. <br /> <br />Perform activities related to vehicle parking. <br /> <br /> Arrange vehicle maintenance and maintain maintenance records, <br /> <br /> Assist Patrol Officers in crime and fire prevention activities. <br /> <br />Performs other duties as assigned (within the ability and resources of the Public Safety <br />Aide) at the verbal or written direction of the Police Chief or Sergeant. <br /> <br /> TASKS RELATED TO RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> <br />A. Assist with management of recovered property. <br /> <br /> 1. Assist in keeping the property room neat and orderly, <br /> 2. Assist in inventowing property. <br /> 3, Assist in disposal of unclaimed or forfeited property. <br /> 4. Assist in maintaining records of property. <br /> <br />B. Perform activities related to vehicle parking. <br /> 1. Enforce parking regulations. <br /> 2.
