At such .time that the owner observes a <br />malfunction of the system, the owner shall immediately notify the <br />plumbing inspector of the problems. Required maintenance shall <br />!T <br />be arranged for by the owner to maintain proper system <br />operation. <br />Sub& Costs. <br />.� <br />a. Routine Maintenance. Costs incurred for such routine cleaning <br />j <br />as referred to in §8.30.06 shall be borne by the property owner. <br />L <br />b. Non -Routine Maintenance. All other costs incurred to maintain <br />system operability shall be directly absorbed by the owner. <br />SubcL 4. Disp-osaL Disposal of tank pumping, box cleaning, or other <br />material shall be at agency -approved locations. Distribution box cleanings may be <br />disposed of in the individual disposal system, provided the system's operation is not <br />hindered by so doing. <br />' <br />8.30.07 Systems inventory. The plumbing inspector shall create, update, and <br />maintain an accurate inventory of all individual sewage disposal systems within <br />the Ramsey corporate limits. Information to be recorded shall include, but not be <br />limited to: <br />a. Location; <br />b. Description of original installation; <br />` <br />C. Improvements made; <br />' <br />d. Pumping records; <br />e. Soil types. <br />' <br />8.30.08 Health hazdrds. <br />Subcivision L General. All systems which are in a state of disrepair <br />' <br />and/or improperly constructed, or which in relation to e)astin„ use constitute a <br />hazard to safety or health or public welfare by reason of either inadequate <br />maintenance or construction, dilapidation, or obsolescence, as determined -by- the <br />f <br />inspection procedures in §8.30.05 or any other effective section or city code, are for <br />the purpose of this chapter hereby declared to be health hazards. All such health <br />f <br />hazards shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition, or removal in <br />I , <br />accordance with the procedure specified in §8.30.08 Subd. 2. <br />Subd- 2. Notice To Owner. f ' <br />a. The plumbing inspector shall examine, or cause to be examined, -, <br />and inspect every sewage disposal system reported as improperly <br />constructed or maim.ained in accord with the inspection <br />procedures as prescribed in Chapter 8.30.05, and if such system is <br />found to be a health hazard as c efined in this section, the <br />plumbing inspector shall give to the owner of such system written <br />notice stating the defects thereof.
