§ 8.30 <br />SeRra;e disposal system <br />Ord. 89-21 repealed and replaced §8.30.04 <br />Subd. 6, Subd. 7, and Subd. 8, pertaining to <br />8.40. Mobile homes. <br />8.40.0I Definitions <br />Dosing, Final Treatment and Disposal, and <br />Urban Service Area Alternatives. <br />Subdivision L A "Mobile home" is a manufactured home that does not <br />meet the requirements of a manufactured home and the requirements for erection <br />of a manufactured home as described by Chapter 9 of the City Code, which section <br />was adopted by City of Ramsey Ordinance 7482.12. <br />Subd 2. A'Mobile home park-" shall be any premises which has <br />facilities to accommodate one or more occupied mobile homes. <br />- Sub.-Cl.3, "Unit" means a section of ground in a mobile home park of <br />not less than 43,560 square feet of unoccupied space in an area designated as the <br />location for one mobile home, off-street parking space for two automobiles, and <br />other uses considered pertinent to the establishment and use of a mobile home <br />residence as permitted by this chapter. Double lot size for double component <br />trailer. <br />Subd.4. "Person" shall be construed to include persons, <br />partnerships, firm, company, corporation, tenant, owner, lessee, their agents, <br />heirs and assigns. <br />8.40.02 Mobile home location <br />Subdivision L It shall be unlawful within the limits of the City of <br />Ramsey for any person to park any mobile home on any street, alley or highway, or <br />other public place, or on any tract of land owned by any person, occupied or <br />unoccupied, within. the City of Ramsey, except as provided in this section. <br />Subd.2. Emergency or temporary stopping or parking is permitted <br />on any street, allay -or highway for not longer than three hours subject to any other <br />and further proi.bitions, regulations or limitations imposed by the traffic and <br />parking regulations or codes for street, alley or highway. <br />Sub<13. No person shall park or occupy any mobile home on the <br />premises of any occupied dwelling or any lot which is not a part of the premises of <br />any occupied dwelling, either of which is situated outside of an approved mobile <br />home park; except, the parl�ing of only one travel trailer of less than 500 square feet <br />in floor area is permitted, providing no living quarters shall be maintained or any <br />businesses practiced in said travel trailer while such travel trailer is so parked or <br />stored. <br />Subd.4.
