1. The purpose of the house trailer or mobile home is to permit a <br />residence which will then provide security and hinder burglaries, <br />break-ins, maliciousness and other unlawful acts to and against <br />the applicant's buildings and other facilities. <br />2. The City Council determines the t the applicant's property and <br />facilities are located such as to not receive normal and sufncient <br />police protection. <br />3. The applicant ab�-ees' to construct permanent residential facilities <br />v6thin a reasonable time, such time to be agreed upon by the City <br />Council and applicant. <br />4. The applicant understands and agrees that this permit is made <br />contingent on the applicant's continded good faith and that the <br />City Council may revoke this permit after 30 days written notice if <br />the Council determines that the mobile home or trailer house is <br />unnecessary as it is being used for a purpose other than that <br />outlined herein. <br />Subd. S. Every application for a building permit to construct a mobile <br />home park or to expand an existing mobile home park shall be accompanied by <br />plans approved by the State of Minnesota Department of Health showing that the <br />applicant is complying with all recommendations, suggestions and laws under the <br />jurisdiction of that department. <br />Subd.6. The building permit shall be issued by the City Building <br />Official after it has been approved by a majority vote of the City Council. <br />Subd.7. The applicant, at the time of filing the application, shall <br />deposit with the City Clerk the sum of $600.00 for expenses for the City will incur in <br />processing the application; said sum shall be used for the purpose of defraying the <br />City's expenses for engineering, legal and inspection fees, and any like expenses <br />the City Council deems appropriate. At any time the City's Administrative <br />Assistant deems the money escrow deposit to be insufficient, sums shall be <br />required to be deposited by the applicant in amounts as determined by the <br />administrative assistant. Any funds not used for the expenses as described in this <br />section shall be returned to the applicant within a reasonable time after completion <br />of the project. <br />8.40.03 Permit <br />Subdivision L Applications for a special permit to establish, construct <br />and maintain a mobile home park under the provisions of this chapter shall be <br />made to the City Council -or the City of Ramsey. <br />Subd.2. The application for a permit shall be accompanied by four <br />copies of the mobile home park plan showing the following, either existing or <br />proposed: <br />a. The extent and area proposed for mobile home park purposes; <br />b. Roads and driveways; <br />c. Location of sites or units for mobile homes; <br />Printed 12128l90 <br />Page 269 <br />
