Location of utility lines. <br />Subd.B. Each application for a special use permit shall be <br />Ll <br />accompanied by a list of the names and addresses of all persons owning property <br />within 300 feet of any boundary line of the proposed mobile home park site. <br />Sub& 4. Each applicant shall be required to pay a fee of $500.00 at the <br />L, <br />time that such application is filed with the City of Ramsey. This money shall be <br />used for the city to defray the expense of processing said application. <br />L' <br />Subd. 5. No special permit for any mobile home park shall be issued <br />by the City Council of the City of Ramsey until after a public hearing has been held <br />on the matter by said city council. This hearing shall be advertised in the official <br />newspaper of the city at least once ten days, and not more than 20 days prior to the <br />public hearing. The city council shall mail a notice of said hearing to each of the <br />property owners shown on the certificate of ownership at their last known address <br />so that they might appear and be heard. <br />8.40.04 Building permit for mobile home park 1 <br />Subdivision 1. The applicant for a building permit for the construction <br />of a mobile home park or any part thereof shall comply with all of the provisions of r <br />the city building. code as such provisions may apply. <br />Subd.2. Each application shall be accompanied by four copies of <br />detailed plans of the proposed constructions and improvement of the site. ' <br />1 <br />Subd. 3. A minimum of 15% of the total mobile home park area shall <br />be devoted to park and recreation and shall be furnished vith playground type <br />equipment. Said park and recreation area shall either abut a street within the <br />mobile park site or shall be accessible to the remainder of the park by public <br />R,alkways. In any park containing more than 100 units, a swimming pool of <br />suitable size shall be provided for the use of the park inhabitants. <br />Sub�8.4. All boats, boat trailers, hauling trailers and all other <br />equipment not stored within the mobile home or the utility enclosure that may have , <br />been provided shall be stored in a separate area provided by the park and not upon <br />the plots occupied by mobile homes nor upon the streets within the mobile home <br />park.
