PI~HIBITION. <br /> <br /> D~ring the term of this Ordinance, notwithstanding Chapter 9 <br />of the City Code, entitled "Zoning and Subdivision of Land," no <br />rezoning, subdivision or platting of any land within the City shall <br />be permitted and no applications for said rezoning and subdivision <br />or platting shall be accepted, except for those lands identified in <br />Sections 5 and 6 below. <br /> <br /> The following lands within the City are excluded from this <br />Interim Ordinance: <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />All land currently located within the city's following <br />listed zoning districts and which land is located within <br />the City's Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA): <br /> <br />Business Zoning District; <br /> <br />B-2 Business Zoning District; <br /> <br />Highway Business Zoning District; <br /> <br />B-W Business/Warehousing District; <br /> <br />RB Rural B~siness District; <br /> <br />Industrial District; and <br /> <br />R-1 Rural Industrial District. <br /> <br />(2) The proposed plat of Apple Ridge, legally described as <br /> <br />The south half of the Southeast Quarter of <br />section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, lying west of the west <br />right-of-way line of State Highway No. 47, <br />EXCEPT the following: Commencing at the <br />northwest corner of said south half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 14; thence with <br />the south line of said south half North 89 <br />degrees 45 minutes 41 seconds East, on an <br />assumed bearing basis, 1327.72 feet to the <br />point of beginning herein; thence continuing <br />with said south line North 89 degrees 45 <br />minutes 41 seconds East, 808.12 feet to the <br />computed west right-of-way line of State <br />Highway No. 47/ thence South 14 degrees 38 <br />minutes 31 seconds East, with said right-of- <br />way line, 481.12 feet; thence South 89 degrees <br /> <br /> <br />
