Impact on Adjacent Land Uses: Lot 1, Block 3 abuts Armstrong Kennels. As in <br />Northfork Oaks and Northfork Oaks 2nd Additions, the developer will be required to impose a <br />75 foot buffer zone on the east end of this lot and put buyers on notice that the kennels and their <br />related activities exist. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 1997 to consider your <br />request for final plat approval of Northfork Oaks 3rd Addition. It is important that you, or your <br />representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
