QZT¥ OF RAHBE¥ ~no~a County~ ~innesota AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE MORATOP~IUM ON THE REZONING AND SUBDIVIDING OF LAND WITHIN A PART OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION city ordinance 97-07 adopted June 10, 1997 and entitled "A/~ Interim Ordinance Establishing a Moratorium on the Rezoning and Subdividing of Land Within a Part of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota" is amended by adding Section 7(A) which Section 7(A) shall provide as follows: 7(A) The City Council finds that an extension of the rezoning and subdividing moratorium for 12 months is required in order to facilitate completion of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment involving the moratorium area, to enable the city's Plan Consultants to formulate recommendations, to per, it public review and comment and provide time for implementation of proposed changes. In accordance with Minn. Stat. §462.355, Subd. 4, this ordinance shall be extended and be effective for an additional 12 months. ~RCTION 2.' EFFECTIVE DATE, This Ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and thirty (30) days after publication according to law, subject to Charter Provision, Section 5.04.
