ORDINANCE #97- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 96-04 WHICH ORDINANCE IS ENTITLED <br />"AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A DEVELOPMENTAL ASSESSMENT FEE ON ALL <br />NEW SUBDIVISIONS." <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 96-04. <br /> <br />The city of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTON 1. PREAMBLE <br /> <br />On March 12, 1996 the City adopted Ordinance No. 96-04 which is an <br />ordinance establishing an development assessment fee on all new <br />assessments. <br /> <br />Since the date of the adoption of said Ordinance the Minnesota <br />Supreme Court has ruled that the type of fee assessed in Ordinance <br />No. 96-04 is not lawful. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. PURPOSE <br /> <br />Because of the Minnesota Supreme Court ruling referenced in Section <br />1 above, the purpose, of this ordinance is to repeal Ordinance No. <br />96-04. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. REPEAL <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 96-04 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
