Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 8:09 in order to conduct the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 8:09 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />Aaron Hinton, 17200 Bison Street NW, Ramsey, asked if the electric pole on the north end of <br />Bison would be removed. <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski stated he would speak with the power company regarding that pole. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beahen, Beyer and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 8:11 p.m. <br /> <br />Co0n¢il Business <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 8:11 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt <br />Resolution g96-10-303 adopting assessment for Improvement Project g95-16 (Bituminous paving <br />of Bison Street from 171st Avenue to C.R. #63). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beahen, Beyer and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #15: <br /> <br />Request for Final Plat Approval of Alpaca Estates 4th Addition; Case <br />of Haakon Jarnes <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Haakon James, who is present, is requesting final plat <br />approval of Alpaca Estates 4th Addition. The property is approximately 35 acres in size and is <br />located at the southeast comer of the intersection of Highway #10 and Llama Street. The <br />subdivision proposes to plat 11 commercial lots and one outlot. The Planning Commission <br />approved the sketch plan on August 6, and conducted the preliminary plat public hearing on <br />September 3. The City Council granted preliminary plat approval to the plat on September 24. all <br />lots exceed the minimum area and dimension requirements for the B~3 Highway Business District. <br />Development of the plat will include the construction of a westerly extension of Riverdale Drive <br />and improvements to Llama Street south of Highway #10. The grading and drainage plan are <br />acceptable and park dedication consists of a combination of trail corridor and cash. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt <br />Resolution ~)6-10-304 granting final plat approval to Alpaca Estates 4th addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
