Tur cn'¥ oy RAMSE¥ WELCOMV S
Listul Industries
Expansion

The City of Ramsey is proud to announce the
construction of a new 22,105 square foot facility for
Listul Industries This new facility will be located at
the comer of Sunfish Lake Boulevard Northwest and
McKinley Street Northwest. The new, expanded
facility was made possible through the cooperation of
Listul Industries, Sharp Construction, and the City of
Ramsey. "This is an example of this combined effort.
The City h~ dedicated considerable resources to not
only finding new companies but to take care of the
businesses that have been in Ramsey for years" stated
City Administrator Schroeder.

Listul Industries is a company that provides the
structural and ornamental steel that is used in most
new building construction. The new facility will
allow the Company to expand its current operations
and develop a better flow of materials that could not
be realized at the current location. The facility's
location and design will also allow for its future
expansion to accommodate the projected growth of
Listul Industries. "We found the City and Sharp
Construction very easy to work with and their
commitment to making the deal work allowed me to
spend time solidifying the future growth of my
company" stated Paul Listul, President of Listul
Industries. "I look forward to my continued
involvement and being a positive influence on the
continued economic development of the City of
Rarnsey."

(Development Sucess Continued)

These new neighbors for the City of Ramsey will
also be a source of future employment for many
residents of the community. With as high as 90
percent of all new jobs being created by small
companies, the City has primarily targeted
companies in this category. This is emphasized by
the average size of new facilities constructed being
28,666 square feet. A prime example is Wendell's
new 25,000 square foot facility that employs over
50 people, many of whom are residents of the City
of Ramsey and neighboring communities.

TRAINING AVAILABLE FROM
ANOKA/RAMSEY COMMUNITY
COLLEGE

The Center for Business and Industry at the Anoka Ramsey
Community College is an educational resource available to
your business.
