The new sponsor shall be required to abide by all the policies, procedures, <br />and fees as adopted and written in the Tournament Policies of the City <br />with no exceptions. <br /> <br />Any and all events and participation in all activities on park property cannot be <br />restricted in any way on the basis of sex, race, or religious affiliation. <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to alter or amend the above regulations and <br />requirements as deemed necessary and appropriate to the circumstances in <br />question.
