Jo <br /> <br />The City will order additional portable toilets and service of them at the sponsor's <br />expense, if it is deemed necessary by the Park Department. <br /> <br />All usage fees must be paid within one (1) week after approval by the Park <br />Department. <br /> <br />If requested the City may provide maintenance services before or during the <br />course of a tournament, such services will be charged at rates detailed in the City's <br />Schedule of Fees and Charges. These services will be provided based on <br />employee availability and at the sole discretion of the Park Department. <br /> <br />Mo <br /> <br />All rakes, shovels, brooms, hoses and nozzles must be provided by the sponsor <br />group. No vehicles will be allowed to drag the field without a permit displayed <br />on the vehicle in clear site of the Police Department. <br /> <br />The City cannot guarantee that a pavilion, building, or shelter will be available to <br />the sponsor. If available, the sponsor may request one indoor/outdoor facility use <br />permit and pay fees applicable under that policy. Also, the City may allow said <br />indoor/outdoor permit to extend the time length to one day. <br /> <br />At the conclusion of the tournament, any and ail additional fees and charges shall <br />be paid to the City within one (1) week after date of billing. <br /> <br />O. Additional fees include: <br /> <br />1. Labor and equipment costs, if used. <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any tournament <br />due to non-playable field conditions. <br /> <br />If oanc¢llation of a tournament by the sponsor is necessary after deposits and <br />usage fees have been paid to the City, the refund policy is as follows: <br /> <br />If cancelled between the date of approval by the Park Department and six <br />weeks prior to the date of the tournament, one-half of the park usage fee <br />,will bt returned. <br /> <br />If cancelled within six weeks of the tournament date, the park usage fee <br />.will not be_returned. <br /> <br />° <br /> <br />If another sponsor requests to use the facilities for a tournament after a <br />tournament has been cancelled, the new sponsor must pay the full amount <br />of the park usage fees and the original sponsor will be refunded the total <br />park usage fee minus a $50.00 administration cost incurred by the City. <br /> <br />Tournament/Event Facility Use Application <br /> Page 8 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
