Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Haas St¢ffcn, Bcahcn, Beycr and <br /> Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br /> The public hearing adjourned at 7:23 p.m. <br /> <br /> Council Business <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamcc called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:23 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jankowski noted that Improvement Project ~7-14 has been deleted from the program due to <br /> an error in our inventory. <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamcc closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:23 p.m. in order to <br /> conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br /> Public Hearine <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:23 p.m. <br /> <br /> Presentation <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski announced this hearing is for Improvement Project ~97-15 Ford Brook <br />Estates E/O T.H. #47. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski noted a letter from David and Kerry Jarvis, 17918 Erkium Street NW, Ramscy, <br />opposing the assessment. They felt that the repairs should be paid for through property taxes. <br /> <br />Milo Mannino, 5418 - 180th Lane NW, Ramsey, asked about the material used in the project and <br />also if he would be inconvenienced because he lives on a cul-de-sac and when last was this street <br />done. <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski stated that the street was constructed in 1981, and was last sealcoated in 1987. <br />With regard to the cul-de-sac, it was thought that Mr. Mannino would not be inconvenienced. He <br />should be able to come and go without a problem. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Haas Steffen, Bcahen, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman.
