He explained this is a one and one-half inch bituminous overlay. <br /> <br /> Citizen Input <br /> <br /> None. <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Haas Steffen to close the <br /> public hearing. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beahen, Haas Steffen, Beyer and <br /> Zimmerman.
