Council agreed that the release of the financial guarantee <br />until the curbing and pavement is installed and that the landscaping and <br />screening has been worked out. Execute development agreement. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #96-04-072 (Peterson/Beyer/Alt) approving the <br />issuance of an amended CUP to Alloy Recovery and declaring terms of <br />same. To #56 make the following change: remove the <br />period after procedural changes made and add the <br />following: and to evaluate whether all regulatory agency <br />[}ermitting and licensine reouirements licenses are <br />complied with. The nermittee shall be made to provide to <br />lhe City the appropriate documentation as to this <br />compliance annually, <br /> <br />Execute Resolution ~/06-05-131 (Beyer/Zimmerman/AII) adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0401 relating to Patrick McLafferty's request for a <br />CUP for a foster home for a maximum of 8 youth. (The one with the <br />language amendment by Bill Goodrich) <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #96-05-132 (Beyer/Zimmerman/Opposed <br />Peterson) approving Patrick McLafferty's request for a CUP for a <br />group foster home and declaring terms of same. (Add a term to read <br />that all inspection reports will be provided to the City and that this <br />permit will again be reviewed by City Council on November 26, 1996. <br /> <br />Council approved the proposed site plan for L.A.N.D. Properties retail <br />center contingent upon Staff review letter and DNR certification of a <br />variance to impervious surfaces. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan for T & G Land, Inc. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council granted site plan approval to R.F. Development for the New <br />Horizon Daycare facility. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan proposal for the Burger King facility <br />contingent upon compliance with the City Staff review letter dated <br />August 27, 1996, with the exception of eliminating the Highway #10 <br />access, and resolving the access point on Ramsey Blvd. with the <br />Anoka County Highway Department. Execute development <br />agreement. · -' <br /> <br />A subcommittee to include Commissioners Bawden and Thomd <br />was established to discuss with the City Building Inspector the <br />current State septic system regulations and the City's Ordinance to <br />determine whether deficiencies exist. <br /> <br /> <br />
