As an aside: It was noted <br />that the picture of the building presented at the Council meeting <br />showed the address to be Anoka, Minnesota. Councilmember Beahen <br />asked that this be brought to the applicant's attention. Execute <br />Development Permit. <br /> <br />Council approved the final plat for Harmony Farm. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Wildlife Sanctuary Addition. <br />Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan submitted by Sharp and Associates for <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Ferrum Second Addition with a five-foot variance to <br />the front yard setback and a dual access on Azurite Street. Notify <br />applicant. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson, a neighbor to Pete and Linda Mayer who live at 7191 - <br />175th Avenue NW may be planning to sell Christmas trees on his <br />property and it appears he does not live there. Bill Goodrich stated that <br />if this is the case, Mr. Peterson would have to have a CUP to sell the <br />trees. If Mr. Peterson has violated any laws, Mr. Goodrich stated the <br />City would take the appropriate actions. If there will be a tree farm <br />there, the neighbors were concerned about the sign ordinance <br />regarding advertising. Mr. Goodrich stated that you could address that <br />issue. State law revised; don't have to live on property where the <br />agricultural product is grown. <br /> <br />Council introduced the ordinance to amend 9.02 (Definitions) and <br />9.11.10 (Off-Street Parking)of the Ramsey City Code to establish <br />regulations for parking private and commercial use vehicles and <br />equipment in residential districts. Please con subsequent agenda for <br />formal adoption. Adoption scheduled for December 10. <br /> <br />Council inquired about the status of the CUP for the group home ~ you <br />offered that this issue could be discussed at the December 10 meeting. <br />The Planning Commission approved the sketch plan for Muller <br />Addition, a minor subdivision, contingent upon compliance with <br />City Staff Review Letter dated November 14, 1996. Forward to <br />City Council for final plat approval. <br /> <br />Keep the Planning Commission apprised of any action occurring <br />regarding the private easement situation affecting the wetlands near <br />7190-175th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br /> <br />
