You stated you would ta/k with Bill Goodrich to see what <br />should be done. <br /> <br />Council conducted the public hearing for the request for vacation of <br />easements, case of Charles Christian, and upon staff's <br />recommendation, denied the request until Mr. Christian is ready to <br />record the plat. <br /> <br />Council adopted the resolution granting final plat approval to Ramsey <br />Commercial Park Second Addition contingent upon the developer <br />entering into a development agreement with the City and satisfying <br />park dedication requirements and upon satisfaction of the engineer that <br />the drainage problems are being resolved. <br /> <br />With regard to the McLafferty CUP for a group home, Council <br />directed staff to develop an action plan to amend McLafferty's CUP to <br />require an annual report from the Volunteers of America regarding <br />McLafferty's licensing status and for collecting funds due the City for <br />processing the application in 1995 and continued collection of costs <br />incurred in administering the permit - including the option of <br />conciliation court. <br /> <br />Council adopted the resolution and directed staff to submit an <br />application for MNRRA plan funding assistance in the amount of <br />$25,000 to the Met Council. <br /> <br />28' <br /> <br /> <br />
