That the Applicant proposes to construct the metal building in 1997 and the log building by 2002. 10. That the Applicant has stated that the purpose of the metal building is to house equipment and materials relating to the tree farm activity and provide a temporary sales area during the November/December holidays until the permanent sales building is constructed. 11. That the Applicant proposes to locate the metal building approximately 100 feet from 155th Avenue NW where it will be substantially screened from the adjacent parcels in all directions. 12. That the Applicant has supplied the City with a petition signed by 19 area property owners supporting the request for the construction of accessory buildings prior to the principal building on the Subject Property. 13. That the proposed buildings will/will not adversely impact traffic in the area. 14. That the proposed buildings will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. 15. That the proposed buildings will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding property. 16. That the proposed buildings will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses. 17. That the proposed buildings will/will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such as highways and streets. 18. That the proposed buildings will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. 19. That the proposed buildings will/will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors.
