'Costs incurred for such routine cleaning <br /> as referred to in §8.30.06 shall be borne by the property owner. <br /> <br /> Non-Routine 1Vfainten~nce..A/1 other costs insurred to maintain <br /> system operability sh~]] be directly absorbed by the ortner. <br /> <br /> Subd. ~L Disposal. Disposal of tank p~:mpinE, box cleaning, or other <br />material shall be at agency-approved locations. Distribution box cleanings may be <br />disposed of in the individual disposal system, provided the system's operation is not <br />hindered by so doing. <br /> <br />g.30.0~f Systems inventory. The PI~mbin~ inspector sb~1] create, update, and <br />maintain am accurate inventory of all individual sewage disposal systems within <br />the l%arnsey corporate ]~m{ts. Information to be recorded shall include, but not be <br />limited to: <br /> a. Location; <br /> b. Description of original installation; <br /> c. Improvements made; <br /> Pumping records; <br /> e. Soil ~ypes. <br /> <br />8.30.08 <br /> <br /> Subdivision L Gener_~l- All systems which are in a state of disrepair <br />and/or ~mproper]y constructed, or which in relation to ex~sfing use constitute a <br />hazard to ss_fety or health or public welfare by reason of either inadequate <br />maintenance or construction, dilapidation, or obsolescence, as detern~ned.by the <br />inspect/on procedures in §8.30.05 or any other ef['ect~ve sec~on or c~ty code, are for <br />the purpose of this chapter hereby declared to be health hazards. All such health <br />hazards shall be abated by repair, rehabfl~tat{on, demolition, or removal in <br />accordance with the procedure spe_~f~ed in §$.80.05 Subd. 2. <br /> <br />Sub& 9. Mofice To Owner. <br /> <br />The plumbing inspector shall exam/ne, or cause to be .examined, <br />and inspect every sewage disposal system reported as jmprope, r]y <br />constructed or maintained in accord with the inspection <br />procedures as prescribed in Chapter 8.30.05, and if such system is <br />found to be a health hazard as defined in this section, the <br />pl~mbing inspector shall ~ve to the owner of such system written <br />notice stating the defects thereof.
