Licensees shall maintain soil test data, system plans and other records and information as may be required by the aaministrator for the purpose of determining compliance with this chapter. Records relating to any system installation or renovation shall be retained for a period of three years following completion of that activity, and copies of the s~me shall be transmitted to the plumbing inspec~r. Licensees shall make available ail information, files and records, and other information required to be maintm~ned to the administrator at any time on the transmission of a reasonable request relating thereto.
