P~mp-hauler licensees sh~l] be authorized to p~mp and <br />clean sewage treatment systems. SoLI scientist licensees shall be authorized to <br />perform soft and percolat/on tests a_ud site evaluations. <br /> <br />A person desk-ina to obtain any of. the l~canses described in §830.05 Subd. 6. shall <br />submit ~n application therefore to the aSrn~n~strator, which describes his: business <br />and authorization to conduct such services; education, training certification, <br />registrar/ohs auld experience v~th respect to such services; n~rnber of persons <br />employed in perform{nO such serv/ces; and such other information as may be <br />reasonably required by the administrator. Prior to the issuance or renewal of a <br />license, license application shall be required to demonstrate a knowledge and <br />understandin~ of this chapter. The City Council may refuse to issue a license to <br />s_ny ~pp]/cant for reasons relal/ng to the above factors s_nd for other good cause. <br /> <br />Licenses issued' pursuant hereto shall be in effect for one year and shall be <br />accompanied by the payment of a license fee as established by Council resolution. <br /> <br />L~censes may be revoked or refused renewM for cause including, but not limited to: <br />practice(s) or inst~]]ation(s) which are in v~olation of any prox4sion of this chapter <br />or of any permit issued pursuant hereto; refusal on the part of the licensee to <br />correct defective work on a sewage treatment system ~,hich is instal]ed or <br />renovated ~dthin th/s juris~ction.
