N~obi~ Hom~ <br /> <br />§ 8.40 <br /> <br /> 1. The purpose of the house trailer or mobile home is to pernfit a <br /> residence which will then provide security and hinder burglaries, <br /> break-ins, maliciousness ~nd other unlawful acts to and against <br /> the appli~mut's buildings and other facilities. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council determines th~ t the applicant's property and <br /> facilities are located such as to not receive normal and sufficient <br /> police protection. <br /> <br /> 3. The applicant'agrees'to construct permanent residential facilities <br /> ~dtJ~n a reasonable ~me, such thne to be aEreed upon by the City <br /> Counc[l and applicant. <br /> <br /> 4. The applicant ~mderstands a_nd agrees that this permit is made <br /> contingent on the applicant's continaed good faith and that the <br /> City Council may revoke this permit after 30 days written notice if <br /> the Council deter,,-,ines that the mobile home or trailer house is <br /> nnneces~ary as it is being used for a purpose other than {hat <br /> outlined herein. <br /> <br /> Subd. ~. Every application for a building permit to construct a znobi]e <br />home park or to expand an existing mobile home park shall be accompanied by <br />plans approved by the State of 1Viinnesota Department of Health showing that the <br />applicant is complying with ail recommendations, suggestions and laws under the <br />jurisdiction of that depm-tment. <br /> <br /> SubcL & The building permit shall be issued by the City Building <br /> Of Scial after it has been approved by a znajority vote of the City Council. <br /> SubcL 7. The applicant, at the time of filing the application, 'shall <br />deposit with the City Clerk the s-m of $600.00 for expenses for the City v~ill incur in <br />processing the application; said s~_~m shall be used for the purpose of defraying the <br />City's expenses for engineering, legs/ and inspection fees, and any like expenses <br />the City Oou_ucil deems appropriate. At nny time the City's Administrative <br />Assistant deems the money escrow deposit to be insufficient, sums shall be <br />required to be deposited by the applicant in amounts as determined by the <br />administrative assistant. Any. ~mds not used for the expenses as described in this <br />section shall be returned to the applicant within a reasonable time after completion <br />of the project. <br /> <br />8.40.03 Perm_it <br /> <br /> Subd/vLvion L Applications for a special pern~t to establish, construct <br />and maintain a mobile hom~ park under the provisions of this chapter shall be <br />made to the City Council or the City oflqmmsey. <br /> <br /> SubcL£. The application for a permit shall be accompanied by four <br />copies of the mobile home park plan showing the following, either existing or <br />proposed: <br /> a. The extent and area proposed for mobile home park purposes; <br /> b. Roads and driveways; <br /> c.
