Each application for a special use permit shall be <br />accompanied by a list of the names and addresses of all persons owning property <br />wdthin 300 feet of any boundary line of the proposed mobile home park site. <br /> <br /> Subd. zL Each applicant shall be required to pay a fee of $500.00- at the <br />time that such application is fi]ed v~th the City of t~mmsey. Th/s money shall be <br />used for the city to defray the expense of processing sa~d application. <br /> <br /> Sub& [, No special permit for any mobile home park shall be issued <br />by the City Council of the City of R~rnaey until after a public hearing has been held <br />on the matter by sa/d city council. This hearing shall be advertised in the oflScial <br />newspaper of the city at least once ten days, ~nd not more than 20 days prior to the <br />public hearing. The city council shall mail a notice of said hearing to each of the <br />property owners shown on the certificate of ovznerstfip at their last knovzn address <br />so that they rn~ght appear and be heard. <br /> <br />$.40.04 Bz~_ild~nf perfect for mobile home parle <br /> <br /> SubdiviMon 1. The applicant for a building permit for the construction <br />of a mobile home park or any part thereof shell comply with all of the provisions of <br />the city b,3~] ~]~ng. code as such provisions may apply. <br /> <br /> Sub&i Each application shall be accompanied by four copies of <br />detailed plans of the proposed constructions amd improvement of the site. <br /> <br /> Sub& ~ A minimum of 15% of the total mobile home park area shal] <br />be devoted to park and recreation and shall be furnished ~4th playground type <br />equdpment. Said park and recreation area shall e~ther abut a street within the <br />mobile park site or shall be accessible to the remainder' of the park by public <br />walk-ways.
