I I I I I I I I I I I i ,I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-01- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CHESTNUT RIDGE 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot A of Chesmut Ridge as according to the recorded plats thereof in said Anoka County. Together with that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 26, lying southwesterly and southerly of a line described as commencing at the southeast comer of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, thence North 00 degrees 05 minutes 34 seconds East assumed basis for bearings, 332.67 feet alo/~g the east line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to the point of beginning of the line to be described, thence North 64 degrees 06 minutes 57 seconds West 736.10 feet; thence North 33 degrees 33 minutes 38 seconds West 766.24 feet to a point on the north line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter 'distant 223.50 feet east of the northwest comer thereof; thence South 88 degrees 54 minutes 41 sex:onds West 223.50 feet along said north line to said northwest comer and said line there terminating. AND WHEREAS, on June 28, 1994, the City received application and preliminary plat from Good Value Homes, Inc. for Chesmut Ridge 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on August 2, 1994, and recommended approval of the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on August 11, 1994, and determined that the park dedication shall be satisfied with a cash payment which may be credited by the construction, of transportation trails outside the boundaries of the plat at a rote to be determined by the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on August 22, 1994, and approved the preliminary plat for Chesmut Ridge 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on August 22, 1995, and adopted Resolution ~95-08- 174 granting a six-month extension to the preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, on December 11, 1995, the City received the proposed final plat for Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition from Good Value Homes, Inc. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
