Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to recommend that <br />City Council adopt the amended Findings of Fact relating to North Fork's request for a CUP to <br />grade, import and export soils from Outlot C, Northfork. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission proceeded to review the terms of the permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to amend #23 to <br />read "a. Alternative roads are subject to the approval of the City Engineer. b. While hauling <br />operations are in progress, the permit holder shall maintain..." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Hendriksen, Deemer, LaDue, <br />Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />With regard to an extension of time for the permit, it was the consensus of the Planning <br />Commission that the City Council should address that. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to recommend that <br />City Council approve North Fork's request for a conditional use permit to grade, import and export <br />soils from Outlot C, Northfork, and declare terms as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Hendriksen, Deemer, La.Due, <br />Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None.
