It should <br />read as follows: "....is unhappy that the Anoka County Library has <br />turned down the offer of their donation of books." The third item the <br />Chair wanted revised was that M. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Jacobson brought up his concerns regarding the charges of Bernick & <br />Lifson. He wanted an explanation as to why the two invoices in the <br />packets were charged at different rates. It was explained by Mr. Vose <br />that Mr. Creighton's published rate is $185.00 per hour, however, the <br />firm applies a municipal discount when charging the Commission. <br />The discount did not apply when doing work, such as a transfer of <br />ownership, that is initiated by the cable comi~any's action. Jacobson <br />wanted it stated in the record that he did not agree with this billing <br />practice.
