Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends denial of a site plan that does not provide for upgrading the exterior finish <br />on the buildings. The Planning Commission recommends approval of the site plan as proposed <br />contingent upon the developer establishing conifers at least five feet in height along the south <br />property line to help screen the cold storage warehouse building from McKinley Street N.W. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Approve the site plan for expansions to the Vance Bros. facility at 14021 Azurite Street <br />N.W. with a waiver to the 30% restriction on accessory buildings and curbing bituminous <br />surfaces to the rear of the buildings, and contingent upon estabishing screening along the <br />south property line. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Deny the site plan for expansions to the Vance Bros.
