I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />WORK PLAN <br /> <br />Final Design - This work includes the final design of the proposed street extension, <br />sanitary sewer risers, storm sewer, one detention pond with inlets and outlet, <br />grading of the street and right-of-way, and 10" watermain interconnect. These <br />facilities shall be designed to meet MSA standards. This work also includes <br />completing a final cost estimate. The project shall be designed in AutoCADD <br />Release 12.0/c format. The City shall receive a hard copy of the project, and a <br />computer disk including as-built and other pertinent information for the City's files. <br /> <br />II. , <br /> <br />F. Administration - This work involves all project administration, including attending <br /> Council meetings and Planning Commission meetings as requested by the City. This <br /> work also involves conferring with Ramsey County and the City of Anoka pertaining <br /> to the proposed improvements, soliciting and obtaining bids from qualified <br /> contractors, reviewing shop drawings and change .orders, and providing project <br /> observation by a registered professional engineer. <br /> <br />TECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> <br />Provide Construction Staking - This work includes all construction staking <br />required by the City and Contractor to implement the proposed project <br /> <br />Provide Construction Inspection - This work includes full-time resident inSpection, <br />or as requested by the City. The resident inspector would keep daily records of all <br />construction activities, review all payment requests, and tie out all utilities. <br /> <br />Preparation of As-builts/Project Closeout - This work involves preparing as-built <br />records and coordination with the City and Contractor to close the project out. We <br />would complete a punch list for the Contractor showing items required to be <br />completed prior to the project closeout. Once all punch list items are completed by <br />the Contractor and meet City standards, we would complete a final pay request and <br />close out the project. The City would then receive a hard copy of the as-builts and <br />a computer disk with all pertinent information for your records. <br /> <br />Jo <br /> <br />Soil Boring and Geotechnical Coordination - This work would include <br />coordination of all soil borings and material testing required to design and implement <br />the proposed project. We would obtain soil borings and-material testing from a <br />geotechnical fkm specified by the City; MSA typically uses American Engineering <br />Testing, Inc., as our sub-consultant for geotechnical work. <br /> <br /> <br />
