Ramsey, MN 55303 Re: Proposal for Engineering Services for the Extension of McKinley Street Dear Mr. Jankowski: John Oliver & Associates, Inc. thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal to you. We appreciate the opportunity to continue to work with you. We understand :the scope of this project is to provide professional engineering services associated with the design and construction of approximately 1000 feet of roadway, associated storm water drainage facilities, sanitary sewer and watermain. These services are claSsified as "Basic" and "Technical" services in accordance with your RFP. We proposed to provide the following "Basic Engineering Services": · Prepare plans and specifications for the extension of sanitary sewer and watermain, the roadway and detention pond. · Identify and prepare legal descriptions for easements required outside dedicated rights-of-way. · Prepare and submit all necessary permit applications for the construction of the project including the Watershed Management Organization. · Prepare the necessary submittal information to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the Minneaota Department of Health and Metropolitan Council Wastewater Division. · Confer with City representatives and representatives of the City of Anoka prior to finalizing plans.
