Jankowski, P.E. <br /> <br /> · Prepare the final cost estimate for the proposed improvement. <br /> <br /> · Prepare advertisement for bids, send for publication and obtain bids. <br /> <br /> · Provide project observation by a registered professional engineer. <br /> <br /> · Review shop drawings, prepare change orders if necessary, prepare and approve <br /> payment requests. <br /> <br />We propose to provide these "Basic Engineering Services" on an hourly basis with a not to <br />exceed amount of $10,380. <br /> <br />We also propose to provide the following "Technical Engineering Services" for the budgeted <br />costs shown: <br /> <br />Technical Service <br /> <br />Budgeted Cost <br /> <br />· Provide construction staking and soil boring location. <br /> <br />$ 3,000.00 <br /> <br />· Project construction inspection and preparation of as-built plans. <br /> <br />8,500.00 <br /> <br />Obtain the necessary soil borings. We anticipate drilling 3 borings. <br />Services included with these borings include drilling, utility clearance, <br />laboratory testing, soil classification and boring log preparation, an <br />engineering evaluation report, and coordination between STS and the <br />City. Please see the attached proposal from STS. <br /> <br />2,000.00 <br /> <br />Provide material sampling and testing, quality control testing and <br />density testing on materials. (Not requested in RFP) <br /> <br />2,000.00 <br /> <br />$15,500.00 <br /> <br />The "Technical Engineering Services" are proposed to be provided on an hourly basis. We <br />anticipate STS will bill the City directly.
