Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #96-01- <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR ONE 3-YARD, <br /> ARTICULATED LOADER WITH SNOW PLOW, WING AND SANDER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, included in the 1996 Adopted General Fund Budget was the purchase of on <br />3-yard, articulated loader with snow plow, wing and sander at a total net price after irade of <br />$110,000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to proceed with the requirements under the <br />statutory bidding laws; and <br /> <br /> WlIEREAS, the Finance Committee approved this recommendation and hereby <br />recommends that the Ramsey City Council authorize the advertisement for bids. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the solicitation of bids for the purchase <br /> of one 3-yard, articulated loader with snow plow, wing and sander. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 23rd day of January, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
