PROPOSED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AMENDMENT The following legally described property is hereby rezoncd from Industrial to R-1 Urban Residential: The North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, EX(~-PT the following described tract: That pan of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 27 described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest comer thereof; thence north 00 degrees 33 minutes 47 seconds West on the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter for a distance of 418 feeg thence North 89 degrees 26 minutes 44 seconds East and parallel with the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 209 feet; thence South 00 degrees 33 minutes 47 seconds East and parallel to said West line to the said Southline thereof; thence South 89 degrees 26 minutes 44 seconds West on said South line to the point of eommencment~ Except Parcel No. 8, Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 16.
