qq <br /> <br />Park dedication will consist of park land and trail corridor along the east line to connect C.S.A.I-L <br />#116 and Garnet Street. In addition, a 35 foot corridor will be dedicated to connect Limonite Street <br />to 149th Avenue. <br /> <br />The Developer is also being required to install pedestrian paths from Hematite Street southeast to <br />the plat boundary and along County Road #56. The preliminary plat shows the pedestrian path <br />ceasing at the 'exception'.
