In addition, a 35 foot corridor will be dedicated to connect Limonite Street <br />to 149th Avenue. <br /> <br />The Developer is also being required to install pedestrian paths from Hematite Street southeast to <br />the plat boundary and along County Road #56. The preliminary plat shows the pedestrian path <br />ceasing at the 'exception'.
