I'm a self employed <br />business owner in Fridley and 18 year resident of Ramsey. <br /> <br />I am familiar with Ramsey's zoning ordinances, having helped in the drafting or review of <br />them. I'm familiar with the comprehensive plan having participated in several updates over <br />the past 15 years. I'm familiar with many existing and planned subdivisions as well as <br />commercial development in Ramsey.
