MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />January 10, 1996 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Ramsey City Council <br /> <br />Paul Holland .' :-¢?; '"'?:"~ <br /> /:/--. <br />Open Positions - Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />In December, I asked not to be reappointed as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner for <br />the City of Ramsey. I have reconsidered. <br /> <br />In light of two open positions on the Planning and Zoning Board and the difficulty finding <br />and educating two new members to the planning and zoning process, I would be willing <br />to serve another term of two years as a member of the Planning and Zoning Board. <br /> <br />Please consider this memorandum an application for one of the open positions on the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. I feel the experience I bring as a past member of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission will be a benefit to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />On Tuesday, January 2, 1996, I discussed this reconsideration with the Planning and <br />Zoning members. They voted unanimously to recommend my reappointment for 1996 <br />and 1997. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration. <br /> <br /> <br />
