Traffic no~se at th~s location <br /> could exceed Noise Standards established by the US Department of Housing and <br /> Urban Development and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. ~oka County <br /> policy regarding new developments adjacent to existing County Highways prohibits <br /> the expenditure of highway funds for noise mitigation measures. The City and/or <br /> the Developer should assess the noise situation and take any action deemed <br /> necessary to minimize associated impacts at this site from any traffic noise. <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
