CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

provide Construction Staking - This work includes all construction staking
required by the City and Contractor to implement the proposed project.

Provide Construction Inspection This work includes full-time resident
inspection, or as requested by the City. The resident inspector would keep daily
records of all construction activities, review all payment requests, and tie out all
utilities for as-built records.

Ho

Preparation of As-builts/Project Closeout - This work includes preparing as-built
records, and coordination with the City and Contractor to close the project out.
We would complete a punch list for the Contractor showing items required to be
completed prior to the project closeout. Once all punch list items are completed
by the Contractor and meet City standards, we would complete a final pay request
and close the project out. The City would then receive a hard copy of the as-builts
and a computer disk with all pertinent information for your records.

Materials Testing Coordination - This work would include coordination of all soil
borings and material testing required to design and implement the proposed
project. We would obtain soil borings and material testing from a geotechnical
firm specified by the City. MSA typically uses American Engineering Testing,
Inc., as our subconsultant for geotechnical work.
