Anoka County <br />policy reg~ding new developments adjacent to existing county highways prohfbits <br />the expenditure of highway funds for noise mitigation measures. The City and/or <br />the Developer should assess the noise situation and take any action deemed <br />necessary to minimize associated impacts at this site from any traffic noise. <br /> <br /> <br />
