PROPOSED ORDINANCE 6'96- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT Section 9.11.01 (Subd. 8) is hereby amended to read as follows:. Along streets which are designated in the County's thoroughfare plan, the minimum setback for all buildings and structures shall be 60 feet from the centerline of fight-of-way plus the local applicable setback. Section 9.20.11 (R-1 Rural Residential District), subd. 3 (Standards), Setbacks, is amended as follows: Major & Minor Arterials - 60 feet from centerline of road right-of-way plus the local applicable setback Section 9.20.12 (R-1 Urban Residential District), subd. 3 (Standards), Setbacks, is amended as follows: Major & Minor Arterials - 60 feet from centerline of road fight-of-way plus the local applicable setback Section 9.20.13 (R-2 Urban Residential District), subd. 3 (Standards), Setbacks, is amended as follows: Major & M/nor Arterials - 60 feet from centerline of road right of way plus the local applicable setback. Section 9.20.14 (R-3 Urban Residential District), subd. 3 (Standards), Setbacks, is amended as follows: Major & Minor Arterials -60 feet from centerline of road right of way plus the local applicable setback.
