PROPOSED ORDINANCE 6'96- <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE <br />CITY CODE. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 9.11.01 (Subd. 8) is hereby amended to read as follows:. <br /> <br />Along streets which are designated in the County's thoroughfare plan, the minimum <br />setback for all buildings and structures shall be 60 feet from the centerline of fight-of-way <br />plus the local applicable setback. <br /> <br />Section 9.20.11 (R-1 Rural Residential District), subd. 3 (Standards), <br />Setbacks, is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Major & Minor Arterials - 60 feet from centerline of road right-of-way plus the local <br />applicable setback <br /> <br />Section 9.20.12 (R-1 Urban Residential District), subd. 3 (Standards), <br />Setbacks, is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Major & Minor Arterials - 60 feet from centerline of road fight-of-way plus the local <br />applicable setback <br /> <br />Section 9.20.13 (R-2 Urban Residential District), subd. 3 (Standards), <br />Setbacks, is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Major & M/nor Arterials - 60 feet from centerline of road right of way plus the local <br />applicable setback. <br /> <br />Section 9.20.14 (R-3 Urban Residential District), subd. 3 (Standards), <br />Setbacks, is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Major & Minor Arterials -60 feet from centerline of road right of way plus the local <br />applicable setback. <br /> <br />Section 9.20.15 (Multiple Residential District), subd. 3 (Standards), <br />Setbacks, is amended as follows <br /> <br />Major & Minor Arterials - 60 feet from centerline of road right of way plus the local <br />applicable setback <br /> <br />Section 9.20.21 (B-1 Business District), sub& 5 (Standards), Setbacks, is <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />Working Copy 1 <br /> <br />Do Not Duplicate <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
