The part of Parcel 4~which lies <br /> southwesterly of Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. 8 and <br /> is referre~ to in Recital C, above, may be referred to in this <br /> Agreement as Parcel B. <br /> <br /> H. AEC and/or the city of Ramsey intend to develop and <br /> market Parcels A and B and part of Parael 5(a) as commercial or <br /> industrial property. <br /> <br /> I. AEC and the City of Ramsey are concerned that the <br /> existence of the~proposed electric transmission line along the <br /> route identified in Recital D, above, may prevent the marketing <br /> of the property referred to in Recital F, above. <br /> <br /> J. The City of Anoka is willing to provide for the <br />relocation of its electric transmission line under certain <br />circumstances. <br /> <br /> ~OW, T~EREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the <br />parties to ~his Agreement agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Prior to January 1, 1997, the City of Ramsey will <br />construct proposed Sunwood Drive from County Road 116 (Industry <br /> <br />Avenue) westerly to and from County Road 116 <br />(Industry Avenue) easterly to . <br /> <br /> 2. Prior to January 1, 1997, the city of Ramsey and/or <br />AEC, as owner, will record a subdivision plat in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 505, which includes a lot (Lot) <br />consisting of Parcels A and B. <br /> <br /> 3. AEC and/or the City of Ramsey will create on the Lot a <br />buildable parcel sufficient to support a building having a foot <br /> <br /> <br />
